摘要: Oddi括约肌运动功能障碍(sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, SOD)是目前临床上常见疾病，发生率高达5%~10%，但其易被忽视，且诊断和治疗较难。主要表现为反复发作上腹、右上腹痛伴胰胆管扩张，发作时伴肝功能异常，或急性胰腺炎。及早诊断、治疗与预后关系密切。本文将报道一例SOD患者并简单叙述其临床表现、分型及治疗方法，为及时诊断、治疗SOD提供一定参考意义。
Abstract: Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction (SOD) is a common clinical disease with an incidence of up to 5% - 10%, which can easily be ignored and is difficult to diagnose and treat. The main manifestations are recurrent epigastric and right epigastric pain accompanied by dilatation of the pancreatic bile duct, accompanied by abnormal liver function, or acute pancreatitis. Early diagnosis and treatment are closely related to prognosis. This paper will report a case of SOD patient and briefly describe its clinical manifestations, classification and treatment methods, providing some reference significance for timely diagnosis and treatment of SOD.
