隐形矫治与传统固定矫治技术对牙体整体移动精准控制的对比研究

摘要: 目的:初步对隐形矫治与传统固定矫治技术对接受矫治治疗者牙体整体移动精准控制进行评估,旨在对比两种技术临床应用优劣性。方法:选取12~60岁接受矫治治疗者共60例,按选用矫治器类型分A、B两组,A组采用隐形矫治技术,B组采用传统固定矫治技术,每组各30例矫治患者。所有入选者均由同一位专业口腔正畸医生分别通过口腔曲面断层及模型测量,分析比较两种矫治方式在治疗后3个月、6个月和12个月轴倾角、转矩控制、压低和磨牙远移等情况的差异。结果:两组间相比,治疗3~12个月矫治过程中转矩控制、后牙压低和磨牙远移存在明显统计学差异(P < 0.05),轴倾角无明显统计学差异(P > 0.05)。结论:隐形矫治技术在后牙压低、磨牙远移优势明显;固定矫治在转矩控制方面作用明显。
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the precise control of the overall movement of the teeth in the treatment of the orthodontic treatment by invisible orthodontic treatment and traditional fixed orthodontic techniques. Methods: A total of 60 patients who underwent orthodontic treatment from 12 to 60 years old were selected. The patients were divided into two groups according to the type of appliance. Group A was treated with invisible orthodontic treatment. Group B was treated with traditional fixed orthodontic technique. All the selected persons were measured by the same professional orthodontic doctor through the oral surface tomography and model measurement, and the two treatment methods were compared and analyzed. The differences of shaft inclination angle, torque control, depression and molar distal movement in 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment were analyzed and compared. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in torque control, posterior teeth pressure and molar distal movement during the treatment period between 3 and 12 months (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in axial dip angle (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The invisible orthodontic technique has obvious advantages in low pressure of the posterior teeth and long distance of the molars. The fixed orthodontic effect is obvious in the torque control.
