企业管理创新创业领域竞争力框架及机制探究

Research on the Framework and Mechanism of Competitiveness in the Field of Enterprise Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship

摘要: 本论文主要就企业管理领域竞争力水平分析及研究框架进行系统性的研究及建模分析，参考工信部第三期全球公有链技术评估指数和2018中国区块链产业白皮书等，通过多个维度对企业包含行业口碑、行业地位、产品创新、模式创新、技术核心竞争力、技术基础能力、技术创新力及市场与资本能力等来体现的其他维度数据进行综合建模，最终给出一个相对易量化的分析。框架和机制有助于对创新创业的企业、组织进行相对公平的评估。

Abstract: This paper mainly focuses on the enterprise management level of competitiveness analysis and the research framework of systematic research and analysis of modeling, through multiple di-mensions including industry reputation of the enterprise, industry status, product innovation, model innovation, technology core competitiveness, technology base capability, technological in-novation and other dimensional data embodied by market and capital capabilities for compre-hensive modeling, and finally gives a relatively easy way to quantify analysis. Frameworks and mechanisms help to assess the fairness of companies and organizations that innovate and start businesses.
