英汉情歌歌词中爱情概念隐喻对比分析

A Contrastive Analysis of Conceptual Metaphors of Love in English and Chinese Love Song Lyrics

摘要: 爱情，是人类拥有的最美好和珍贵的情感之一。在中西方，爱情一直是歌手们、作曲家们乐而不厌的话题。但因爱情是一种抽象的意识体，歌词中往往会使用概念隐喻的方式，借助其他具象化的熟悉的事物来描述爱情，以促进这种情感体验的传播与交流。本文通过归类英汉歌词，对歌词中的爱情概念隐喻进行分析，发现英汉歌词中的爱情概念隐喻存在共性，即采用相同的源域，但也存在个性，即分别采用带有中西文化特色的源域。

Abstract: Love is one of the most beautiful and precious emotions that human beings possess. No matter in the East or in the West, love has always been a hot topic for singers and composers. However, love is an abstract consciousness and it is hard to illustrate or explain. Therefore, in lyrics, conceptual metaphor is often applied to describe love with the help of other concrete and familiar objects, so as to facilitate the communication and interaction of this emotional experience. By categorizing English and Chinese lyrics and analyzing the conceptual metaphor of love in there, this paper finds that there are some similarities in the conceptual metaphor of love in the lyrics which means English and Chinese have some same source domains of love, also there are some individuals, which means English and Chinese have the source domain of love with their own cultural characteristics.
