子宫颈肉瘤样癌1例并文献复习

Sarcomatoid Carcinoma of the Cervix: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

摘要: 肉瘤样癌可以发生在全身许多器官，多见于上呼吸道、食管、喉、口腔和膀胱等处。发生于宫颈的肉瘤样癌罕见，迄今为止国外文献共有19例报道。本例患者女性，65岁，因阴道内肿物脱出1个月伴有少量出血入院。患者在我院行全子宫切除和盆腔淋巴结清扫术，术后病理诊断为子宫颈肉瘤样癌。患者术后行疗，随访已18个月，无复发和转移。

Abstract: Sarcomatoid carcinomas can occur in many organs throughout the body, most commonly in the up-per respiratory tract, esophagus, throat, mouth and bladder. Sarcomatoid carcinoma of the cervix is rare and 19 cases have been reported so far. In this case, a 65-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital with a small amount of bleeding 1 month after vaginal mass prolapse. The patient under-went total hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection in our hospital, and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was sarcomatoid carcinoma of the cervix. The patient underwent postopera-tive chemotherapy and was followed up for 18 months without recurrence or metastasis.
