A Case of Mitochondrial Encephalopathy Misdiagnosed as Acute Cerebral Infarction
摘要: 目的：探讨线粒体脑病中MELAS综合征的临床特点、治疗和预后。方法：本文报道了延安大学附属医院1例MELAS综合征患者的诊治过程，总结其临床特征。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of MELAS syndrome in mitochondrial encephalopathy. Methods: The diagnosis and treatment of a patient with MELAS syndrome in the Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University were reported. The clinical characteristics were summarized and the related literature was reviewed.
