Investigation on Related Factors of Venous Puncture Pain Rate in Geriatrics

摘要: 目的：调查老年病科一次性头皮静脉针穿刺疼痛率、成功率及其他相关因素；改善静脉穿刺方法减低疼痛，促进舒适。方法：在住院患者中用方便抽样的方法抽取283名接受静脉穿刺的患者进行现场调查。全程观察护士穿刺过程，根据查检表记录各项指标，穿刺后对患者进行疼痛评分。用SPSS17处理数据，分析疼痛相关因素。结果：患者年龄、患者性别、护士工作年限、护士心理素质与沟通能力、护士穿刺速度与穿刺疼痛率均有一定关系，但患者年龄与患者性别为不可预知因素，故将护士工作年限、护士心理素质与沟通能力、护士穿刺速度可以作为减轻静脉穿刺疼痛率的重点。患者静脉穿刺疼痛得分 ≥ 2分的患者34例，疼痛率为12.0%。结论：可以通过培训、规范操作降低疼痛率，提高舒适度。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the pain rate, success rate and other related factors of scalp venous acu-puncture in geriatrics; improve venipuncture to reduce pain and promote comfort. Methods: A total of 283 patients who underwent venipuncture were randomly selected from hospitalized patients for on-site investigation. The whole process of the nurses was observed, and the indicators were recorded according to the checklist. The patients were scored after the puncture. Data were processed using SPSS17 to analyze pain related factors. Results: The patient’s age, patient gender, nurse’s working years, nurse’s psychological quality and communication ability, nurse puncture speed and puncture pain rate all have certain relationship, but the patient’s age and patient’s gender are unpredictable factors, so the nurse’s working years and nurses’ psychological quality will be used. Communication skills and nurse puncture speed can be used as the focus of reducing the rate of venipuncture pain. 34 patients with venipuncture pain score ≥ 2 points, the pain rate was 12.0%. Conclusions: Pain rate can be reduced and comfort can be improved through training and standard procedures.
