沉浸文化对大学新生自我主导力发展影响的质性研究

摘要: 本研究采用质性分析方法,探究沉浸文化对大学新生自我主导力发展的影响。研究结果显示:① 沉浸文化中,影响自我主导力发展的因素主要为家庭教养方式和学校教育模式。② 沉浸文化中,家庭及学校的影响以个体是否进入应试教育为分界线,呈现出阶段性的特点。③ 沉浸文化中的社会文化因素通过影响家庭/学校的教育观念而对个体的自我主导力发展产生潜在影响;重要经历体验对个体自我主导力发展的影响具有生动性与直接性,而重要他人的影响主要表现在情感上的补偿性。
Abstract: This research used qualitative analysis to investigate the influences of immersed culture on the development of self-authorship of university freshmen. Research findings indicate that 1) In im-mersed culture, factors that affect the development of self-authorship mainly are: parenting style and educational model of school. 2) In immersed culture, the influence from parents and teachers would work and show stage characteristics about whether students have entered the exam-oriented education. 3) Social-cultural factors in the immersed culture cause potential influences on individual self-authorship by affecting the educational concepts family/school. Significant experience has vital and direct influences on the development of self-authorship, while the influence of important person mainly reflected in emotional compensation.
