IKTVA Requirements of Pipeline Project of Saudi Aramco

摘要: 以中国石油管道局工程有限公司承接的沙特阿美石油公司某管道项目为基础，介绍了项目主合同对本地总价值提升计划(IKTVA, in-kngdom total value added programme)的要求，涉及到IKTVA的定义、计算方法、存在的问题及建议，并对其进行系统分析。

Abstract: Based on the Pipeline Project of Saudi Aramco undertaken by China Petroleum Pipeline Engi-neering Co., Ltd., this paper briefly introduced the requirements of the main contract of Saudi Aramco Oil Pipeline Project on localizing the content of IKTVA (In-Kingdom Total Value Added Programme), which involved the definition of IKTVA, calculation method, the existing problems and suggestions. A systematical analysis is given to them.
