农村中小学体育教师社会经济地位的困境解读

摘要: 农村中小学在全面实施素质教育的改革进程中,受应试教育、学校重视程度等因素的影响,致使农村中小学体育教师的社会地位仍然处于尴尬的境地,其社会经济地位也同样面临着困境。在现实生活中,农村中小学体育教师社会经济地位困境却早已是一个突出性的难题,其社会经济地位仍然处于薪酬待遇不平衡、体育学科被边缘化的困境之中。对此,为了更好地解决这些困难和突出的问题,本文对农村中小学体育教师社会经济地位困境进行解读,并依此提出破解农村中小学体育教师社会经济地位困境的主要对策。
Abstract: In the reform process of comprehensive implementation of quality education in rural primary and secondary schools, influenced by examination-oriented, school’s attention and so on, the social and status of PE teachers in rural primary and middle schools is still in the awkward position, and their socioeconomic status is also facing difficulties. In real life, PE teachers’ difficulty of socioeconomic status in rural primary and middle schools has long been a prominent problem. Their status is still in the dilemma of unequal pay and the marginalization of PE. Therefore, in order to better solve these difficulties and outstanding problems, this paper interprets the socioeconomic status dilemma of rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers, and puts forward main measures to solve the socioeconomic status dilemma of rural primary and secondary school’s physical education teachers.
