摘要: 本研究考察对比续写对三种不同体裁文章中的英语词汇习得的促学作用,具体通过对比概要写作和对比续写在三种不同体裁文章中的词汇促学效果是否存在显著性差异。研究结果表明:对比续写的短期和长期词汇促学效果都显著优于概要写作。该研究结果为英语教师提供了词汇教学的新思路,同时也为今后的“续”作研究提供借鉴和启示。
Abstract: This study explores the effects of the comparative continuation task on English vocabulary learning. Specifically, it compares the effectiveness of the comparative continuation and summary writing on the learning of vocabulary in three types of articles to see whether there are significant differences between the two tasks. The results show that both the short-term and long-term effects of the comparative continuation task are significantly better than those of summary writing. These findings provide English teachers with a new task of vocabulary learning.
