核心素养背景下中职班主任班级管理工作的述评

A Review of the Class Management Work of the Chief Class Teachers in the Background of Core Literacy

摘要: 班主任是促进学校、学生发展的关键力量，也是中职班级管理的主要力量。核心素养现在受到了国内外的深切关注，为此在核心素养的背景下研究中职班主任班级管理工作是有必要的。影响中职班主任进行班级管理的主要因素有班主任本身、学生、家长三个因素，本文以核心素养为前提，对当前中职班主任班级管理工作给出了三方面建议，并从班主任领导力、教师专业化和培育中职学生核心素养三个方面进行展望。

Abstract: The class teacher is a key force in promoting the development of schools and students, and is also the main force in the management of secondary vocational classes. Core literacy is now deeply concerned at home and abroad. For this reason, it is necessary to study the class management of the middle-level class teacher in the context of core literacy. The main factors influencing the class management of the middle-level class teachers are the three factors of the class teacher itself, students and parents. This article takes the core literacy as the premise, and gives three sugges-tions for the current class management of the class teacher, and from the class teacher leadership and teachers. The three aspects of specialization and cultivation of core literacy of secondary vo-cational students are expected.
