头孢唑林钠在妇科围手术期预防性抗感染的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Cefazolin Sodium in Preventive Anti-Infection during Perioperative Period of Gynecology

摘要: 目的：探讨头孢唑林钠应用于妇科手术患者围手术期预防性抗感染的疗效。方法：总结并分析2017-10月到2018-10月期间于我院妇科住院行手术治疗的422例卵巢囊肿患者的临床病例资料，回顾性分析422例手术患者围手术期抗生素使用情况，并对其围手术期预防性抗感染的临床疗效进行分析。结果：2017-10月到2018-10月期间于我院妇科住院行手术治疗且符合纳入标准的患者共422例，术前诊断均为卵巢囊肿，术中主要手术行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术，术后手术剔除组织送病理检查提示卵巢单纯性囊肿。所有手术患者围手术期均静脉用药抗生素预防感染。单用头孢唑林钠组与头孢唑林钠 + 甲硝唑组在妇科手术患者，一般情况统计学无明显差异，围手术期预防性抗感染的疗效方面进行比较，差异无统计学意义。结论：单用头孢唑林钠组在妇科手术患者围手术期预防性抗感染治疗安全有效，值得在临床进一步推广应用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the efficacy of cefazolin sodium in perioperative prophylactic an-ti-infection in patients undergoing gynecological surgery. Methods: To summarize and analyze the clinical data of 422 patients with ovarian cysts who were treated with gynecological inpatients from 2017 October to 2018 October, and retrospectively analyze the perioperative antibiotic use of 422 surgical patients. The clinical efficacy of perioperative prophylactic anti-infection was analyzed. Results: From 2017 October to 2018 October, 422 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital and met the inclusion criteria were diagnosed with ovarian cysts. The main operation was laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal. Postoperative surgical removal of the tissue for pathological examination prompted a simple cyst of the ovary. All patients underwent intravenous antibiotics to prevent infection during the perioperative period. There was no significant difference in the general statistics between the cefazolin sodium group and the cefazolin sodium + metronidazole group in the gynecological surgery alone. There was no significant difference in the efficacy of perioperative prophylactic anti-infection. Conclusion: The cefazolin sodium group alone is safe and effective in the perioperative preventive anti-infective treatment in gynecological surgery patients, and it is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
