生态扶贫模式下乡村旅游可持续发展研究

Research on the Sustainable Development of Rural Tourism under the Mode of Ecological Poverty Alleviation

摘要: 生态扶贫是我国扶贫开发和生态建设所需的一种顺应时代发展的方式，把贫困地区生态扶贫开发置于合理的乡村旅游发展中，两者有机地结合在一起，生态扶贫开发为乡村旅游发展提供了基础和条件，乡村旅游发展为生态扶贫开发增添了内容与活力。以秦皇岛为例，深入分析了制约乡村旅游可持续发展的问题及原因，最后提出了行之有效的对策和建议。

Abstract: Ecological poverty alleviation is a necessary way for poverty alleviation and ecological construction in China, which conforms to the development of the times. The development of ecological poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas should be placed in the rational development of rural tourism. The two are organically combined. The development of ecological poverty alleviation provides the basis and conditions for the development of rural tourism. Rural tourism development adds content and vitality to the development of ecological poverty alleviation. Taking Qinhuangdao as an example, this paper deeply analyzes the problems and reasons that restrict the sustainable development of rural tourism. Finally, effective countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
