西周的教育督责之术及启示

摘要: 西周统治者为了强化教育教学管理工作，制定了一套教育督责之术。这一教育督责之术对督责者、督责的对象、标准、内容、手段等方面作了明确要求，是我国最早的教育教学管理评价理念。同时这一教育督责之术也给当今以启示：构建以学为本的评价体系；确立全面多维的评价标准；坚持诊断性评价、阶段性评价与终结性评价相结；在合理合法的前提下，坚持奖励与惩罚相结合。
