异位葡萄胎的诊治探讨——附2例病例报告

Diagnosis and Treatment of Ectopic Molar Pregnancy: Report of Two Cases

摘要: 目的：探讨异位葡萄胎的临床特征和诊断治疗。方法：回顾性分析近6年广东省妇幼保健院收治的2例异位葡萄胎病例资料。结果：两例病例均有停经史，一例表现为不规则阴道流血，另一例为腹痛，均行手术治疗，术后病理均证实为输卵管间质部葡萄胎，一例为完全性葡萄胎，另一例为部分性葡萄胎，预后良好。结论：异位葡萄胎同异位妊娠临床表现极相似，确诊主要依据病理结果，以手术治疗为主，术后应根据个体化情况予以预防性化疗，严密随访。

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic molar pregnancy. Methods: Clinical data of 2 cases of women with ectopic hydatidiform mole in Women and Children Hospital of Guangdong Province in recent 6 years were analyzed retrospectively. Results Two cases had history of menopause, one of them had irregular vaginal bleeding, and the other one had abdominal pain. Two cases received surgical treatment and diagnosed the oviduct hydatidiform mole by pathology examination after operation, both have a good prognosis. Conclusions: The clinical manifestation of ectopic hydatidiform mole and ectopic pregnancy is very similar, diagnosis is mainly based on pathologic results, main treatment is operation, chemotherapy should be given after operation individualized and close follow-up.
