芳香疗法的研究进展

摘要: 本文对国内外芳香疗法的研究进展进行了综述,指出不同芳香精油在临床实践中的效果及作用机制。芳香精油一般通过吸入、按摩等方式发挥效力,具有提高睡眠质量、缓解焦虑、抑郁、提高认知功能等作用。
Abstract: This article reviews the research progress of aromatherapy at home and abroad, and points out the effect and mechanism of different aromatic essential oils in clinical practice. Aromatic essen-tial oils are generally effective through inhalation and massage, and have the functions of improving sleep quality, relieving anxiety, depression and improving cognitive function.
