区块链对银行业经营管理的影响及对策分析

Analysis on the Impact of Block Chain on Banking Management and Countermeasures

摘要: 近年来，数字货币与区块链的理念逐渐深入人心。与此同时，区块链应用能否推动金融业的创新与变革已经成为业界和学术界都颇为关注的话题。本研究详细介绍了区块链的技术特征，采用多案例研究方法，调研了三个银行业不同业务场景的区块链应用项目，从技术创新和商业模式双重视角出发，剖析了区块链技术对银行业的经营管理造成了什么影响？银行业如何应对来自区块链的挑战？本文在案例分析的基础上提出了以下主要观点：一是区块链技术的应用在一定程度上为银行业的经营管理带来了积极影响，包括缓解信息不对称、业务流程自动化、突破地域限制以及减少中间环节等；二是银行应对区块链技术主要采取了两种策略：第一种是局部小场景试点的策略；第二种是分步实施、逐步拓展的渐进式变革策略。

Abstract: In recent years, the concept of digital currency and blockchain has gradually gained popularity. At the same time, whether the application of blockchain can promote the innovation and reform of the financial industry has become a topic of great concern in the industry and academia. This study introduces the technical characteristics of blockchain in detail, adopts the method of multi-case study, investigates three blockchain application projects in different business scenarios of the banking industry, and analyzes the impact of blockchain technology on the operation and management of the banking industry from the perspective of technological innovation and business model. How does the banking industry respond to the challenges from blockchain? On the basis of case analysis, this paper puts forward the following main points: first, the application of block chain technology has brought positive effects on the operation and management of the banking industry to some extent, including easing information asymmetry, business process automation, breaking through regional restrictions and reducing intermediate links, etc. Second, Banks mainly adopt two strategies to deal with blockchain technology. The first strategy is the pilot strategy of local and small scenes. The second is the gradual change strategy which is implemented step by step and expanded step by step.
