摘要: 笔者以波士顿矩阵为基础，综合运用EPC指标、投资计划和经济评价指标等，对项目进行风险、收益和合规性分析，形成4类组合，提出针对性策略和建议，以指导海外油气工程投资类项目的布局优化。
Abstract: Based on the Boston Matrix, EPC indicators, investment plans and economic evaluation indicators were comprehensively used to analyze the risks, benefits and compliance, and four types of portfolios, and targeted strategies and suggestions were put forward to guide the optimization of the layout of overseas oil and gas project investment project.
