Preparation of Procurement Scheme for International Petroleum EPC Engineering Project

摘要: 根据公司境外石油工程项目采办管理中采购方案编制的实际情况，分析了采购方案编制在采购方案、国际寻源能力、从业人员专业知识、信息共享、供货商资质文件审核等方面存在的不足，并总结了部分采购方案的编制经验，以便项目管理人员借鉴。

Abstract: Base on the status of procurement scheme compilation during the procurement management of international projects, this thesis summarized and analyzed the weakness of scheme compilation, such as international resources seeking, professional knowledge of practitioners, information sharing and the examination of suppliers’ qualification documents, etc. The experience of the preparation of some procurement schemes is summarized for the reference of project management personnel.
