药学应用型人才培养的改革探索

摘要: 应用型人才培养目前还没有形成成熟的、运作良好的培养机制和培养模式、随着社会的进步与发展，尤其医药健康方面应用型人才培养问题日渐明显，已成为全社会关注的焦点。解决该应用型人才培养的主要矛盾和突出问题，实现人才培养、教师队伍建设、经济社会需求的协调发展，需要改革对人才的培养观念、调整师资结构、更新人才培养方式、重视实践教学环节及不断更新教学内容。

Abstract: To applied talents, there is no mature and well-functioning training mechanism and training mode for the cultivation. With the progress and development of society of at present, in particular, the issue of application-oriented talent cultivation in medical health has become increasingly obvious, and has become the focus of attention of the whole society. To solve the main contradictions and outstanding problems in the cultivation of applied talents, to achieve the coordinated development of personnel training, teacher team building, and economic and social needs, it is necessary to reform the concept of training talents, adjust the structure of teachers, update the training methods of talents, and pay attention to practical teaching links, and constantly update the teaching content.
