西安市学前师范院校与幼儿园合作的有效途径

Effective Ways of Cooperation between Preschool Normal College and Kindergarten in Xi’an

摘要: 当前，学前师范院校与幼儿园合作的重点多集中于两者的合作办学、高校附属幼儿园的集团化办学、高校教师教育与学前教育合作模式等方面的研究与实践。本文探索在西安市政府教育主管部门的主导下，形成学前师范院校与幼儿园参与的“校–官–园”合作共赢的有效途径，以提高西安市学前师范院校与幼儿园协同发展的有效途径，实现西安市学前师范院校与幼儿园的合作双赢。

Abstract: At present, the focus of the cooperation between preschool normal college and kindergarten is mainly on the research and practice of their cooperation in running schools, the collectivization of kindergartens affiliated to universities, and the cooperation mode of teachers’ education and pre-school education. Under the guidance of the competent department of education of Xi’an municipal government, this paper explores an effective way to form a win-win cooperation between preschool normal college and kindergartens, so as to improve the effective way of the coordinated development of preschool normal college and kindergartens in Xi’an and realize a win-win cooperation between preschool normal college and kindergartens in Xi’an.
