关于电力设计企业从事房建工程项目管理的几个关注点

Several Concerns about Electric Power Design Enterprises Engaged in Housing Construction Project Management

摘要: 以房建为代表的基础设施领域，是电力设计企业业务转型的重要突破方向。房建工程与电力工程在项目管理的思路方面有一些差异，本文结合房建项目执行的经验从包括BIM技术应用、造价控制、质量管控、设计管控、人才培养等几个方面阐述，希望能为电力设计企业迅速在房建行业长足发展提供有益参考。

Abstract: The field of infrastructure represented by housing construction is an important breakthrough direction in the business transformation of electric power design enterprises. Constructed engineering and power engineering has some differences in the thinking of the project management. Combined with housing construction project implementation experience, this paper elaborated from the application of BIM technology, cost control, quality control, design control, personnel training and several other aspects, hoping for providing some useful reference to the rapid development of electric power design enterprises in the housing industry.
