高校熟人社会形态的形成及其特点的研究

摘要: 我国高校治理具有明显的“行政化”倾向或特点，同时也呈现出较为明显的熟人社会形态。高校熟人社会形态的存在对高校治理结构、治理过程以及政治生态产生了极为重要的影响，也是实现我国大学治理体系与治理能力现代化目标必须予以充分考量的重要因素。因此，关于高校熟人社会形态形成的研究具有重大学术价值。本文在分析高校熟人社会形成的基础上，对其特点进行归纳，并对其产生的影响作简单的分析。

Abstract: The governance of colleges and universities in China has an obvious tendency or characteristic of “administration”, and also presents an obvious social form of acquaintance. The existence of social forms of acquaintances in colleges and universities has an extremely important influence on the governance structure, governance process and political ecology of universities. Therefore, the research on the formation of social forms of acquaintances in colleges and universities is of great academic value. Based on the analysis of the social form of acquaintances in colleges and universities, this paper summarizes their characteristics and makes a simple explanation and prediction of their influence.
