建设抽水蓄能电站促进核电消纳的经济性分析
Economic Analysis on Building Pumped-Storage Stations for Consuming More Nuclear Power Effectively
摘要:
目前,电力市场对核电消纳能力不足的情况在部分省份已经显现,抽水蓄能电站被认为是水电缺乏地区调整能源结构、提高核电利用率、促进核电消纳的有效手段。本文以浙江电网为例,通过测算认为在一定条件下发电企业或电网企业建设抽水蓄能电站来促进核电消纳是经济可行的;鼓励核电与抽水蓄能电站联合运行,由核电来提供抽水蓄能电站的抽水电量,并承担抽蓄的部分容量费用的方式,可作为抽蓄电站费用疏导的有效途径。
Abstract:
Nowadays the capacity shortage of electricity market for consuming nuclear power has appeared in some provinces. The construction of pumped-storage power stations has been considered to be an effective way to adjust power source structure, promote nuclear power utilization and solve nuclear power consumption for the areas without sufficient hydropower sources. Taking Zhejiang Power system as an example, the case study shows that it is feasible and economy for the electrical network enterprises and generation enterprises by constructing pumped-storage power stations to promote nuclear power consumption in certain conditions by calculating. The joint operation of nuclear power and pumped storage power stations should be encouraged. Using nuclear power to provide pumped electricity and bear part of the operating cost for pumped storage station could be a feasible way to transmit the cost of the pumped-storage station.
