试论新办高职高专院校的刚性管理与柔性管理

摘要: 刚性管理与柔性管理对新办高职高专院校的管理具有积极的现实意义，为此，新办高职高专院校既要强化刚性管理，又要深化柔性管理，更要优化刚性管理和柔性管理。
Abstract: Rigid management and flexible management for a new preschool education college has positive practical significance. For this reason, the new preschool education college should not only strengthen the rigid management, but also deepen the flexible management, and even more optimize the rigid management and flexible management.
