高校实验技术人员岗位意识强化和综合素质提升途径

摘要: 高校实验技术人员是实验仪器设备管理与使用的主体，也是高校实验室教学与科研的辅助人员。建设高水平的一流实验室，不仅要有高精尖的仪器设备，还要有具备良好的岗位意识及高水平的专业技术人员队伍作为支撑。本文基于作者的工作实践，分析、阐述了高校实验技术人员综合素质提升的途径与方法。
Abstract: Laboratory technicians in colleges and universities are not only the main body of management and use of instruments and equipment, but also the assistant personnel of scientific research and teaching in laboratories. To build a high-level first-class laboratory, we need not only high-quality instruments and equipment, but also a team of technicians with good job awareness and high-level professional quality as support. Based on the author’s work practice, this paper expounds the ways and methods of improving the comprehensive quality of experimental technicians in colleges and universities.
