生态学视角下高中地理课堂管理探索

摘要: 生态学视角下的课堂管理能使课堂微生态中的学生、教师、教学环境、教学内容能够和谐共存,持续发展。本文通过编制“生态学视角下高中地理课堂管理观察量表”,以课堂环境管理、课堂纪律管理、课堂关系管理和课堂教学管理作为量表的四个一级指标,并将一级指标划分为多个二级指标来衡量课堂管理现状。通过观察十个随机课堂实录和分析当前地理课堂的管理现状,得出目前地理课堂的教学纪律管理情况较好,但课堂环境管理、课堂关系管理和课堂教学管理情况较差,并提出了相应的生态学视角下的管理改进方法。
Abstract: The classroom management from the perspective of ecology is to make the students, teachers, teaching environment and teaching content in classroom micro-ecology coexist harmoniously and develop continuously. In this paper, we developed the observation scale of geography classroom management in high school from the perspective of ecology, and used classroom environment management, classroom discipline management, classroom relationship management and classroom teaching management as the four first-level indicators of the scale. The first-level indicators are divided into several second-level indicators to evaluate current situation of classroom manage-ment. By observing 10 random classroom records and analyzing the current situation of geography classroom management, the present teaching discipline management of geography classroom is better, but the situation of classroom environment management, classroom relationship management and classroom teaching management is worse. The corresponding management improvement methods from the ecological perspective were put forward.
