大连地区小微企业融资探索

Exploration on Financing for Small and Micro Enterprises in Dalian

摘要: 近年来，小微企业发展迅速，逐渐成为提高人民生活质量、改善就业情况、发展创新的社会主力军。但是随着社会资本和经济结构的变化，小微企业的发展之路上也是挑战和机遇并存。企业运作无处不需要资金的参与，只有资金的注入，企业的各项运营活动才能有序进行。而融资的成功与否决定一个企业能否存活于金融市场。本文主要分析大连地区小微企业融资活动中存在的各种问题，并提出一些切实可行的方案和对策。

Abstract: In recent years, the rapid development of small and micro businesses has been an important force in improving people’s livelihood, promoting employment and promoting innovation. With the con-tinuous change of social capital and economic structure, the development of small and micro enter-prises also faces new opportunities and challenges. There is no place where an enterprise can oper-ate without the participation of capital. Only when the capital is injected, the various operation ac-tivities of the enterprise can be carried out orderly. The success and failure of financing determines whether an enterprise can survive in the financial market. Taking Dalian as an example, this paper analyzes the problems related to the financing of small and micro enterprises and puts forward corresponding solutions.
