摘要: 为应对“互联网+”时代对房地产经纪行业的转型推动，本文在分析APP应用对房地产经纪行业的作用及影响基础上，从政府主管部门、房地产经纪行业协会、经纪机构及房地产经纪人几方面出发提出应对“互联网+”时代的对策。

Abstract: In response to the transformation of the real estate brokerage industry in the “Internet+” era, based on the analysis of the role and impact of APP applications on the real estate brokerage in-dustry, response to the “Internet+” era of countermeasures is proposed from the aspects of gov-ernment authorities, real estate brokerage industry associations, brokerage institutions and real estate agents.
