结合台架试验的挡泥板支架定频疲劳有限元分析方法研究
Research on Constant Frequency Vibration Fatigue of Fender Bracket Based on Bench Test and Finite Element Analysis
摘要: 对某重型卡车的挡泥板支架进行了定频疲劳试验研究,并建立了相应的有限元分析模型。首先完成了悬挂有挡泥皮和未悬挂挡泥皮的模态计算,并将悬挂有挡泥皮的模态结果与台架扫频结果进行了对比;然后在模态结果对比的基础上,研究了不同阻尼对频响结果的影响,发现随着阻尼的增大,应力响应峰值逐渐减小;最后基于频响计算结果,完成了不同阻尼下的疲劳寿命计算,并结合理论分析确定阻尼为0.09时的寿命与试验结果是相符的。
Abstract: The constant frequency fatigue of a fender support of a certain heavy truck was researched, and the corresponding finite element analysis model of the test was also established. Firstly, the modal calculations of fender support suspended and unsuspended fender were completed, at the same time the modal result of suspended fender was compared with the result of sweeping; Secondly, based on the comparison of modal results, the influence of different damping on frequency response was researched, it found that the peak of stress response was reduced with the increase of damping; Finally, on the basis of frequency response calculation, the life of fatigue under different damping was calculated, and it was concluded that the life at damping of 0.09 was consistent with the result of test combining with theoretical analysis.
