普通高校工程管理专业课程建设的典型问题及对策分析

Problems and Countermeasures of Professional Courses Development for Engineering Management in Universities

摘要: 随着我国建筑业的快速发展，工程建设行业对高校工程管理专业学生的培养质量提出了新的更高要求。文章分析了当前开设工程管理专业的普通高校在培养方案、课程设置、教学内容、实习实践等方面存在的典型问题，针对这些问题，从补强技术基础、优化教学内容、国际化培养、完善实习实践、引导职业发展等方面提出了对策措施，为实现新时期工程管理专业人才培养目标提供有益参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s construction industry, it has put forward new and higher requirements for the training quality of the engineering management students in universities. This paper analyzes the typical problems existing in the training programs, course arrangement, teaching content, and work practice of the undergraduate students majoring in engineering management. To deal with these problems, we suggest countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening the technical foundation, optimizing the teaching content, carrying out international training, improving practice process, and guiding professional development. This study provides a useful reference for realizing the training objectives for engineering management professionals in the new era.
