煤矿闭环式全目标管控系统的运行与提升路径研究

摘要:
漳村煤矿“点环源管控”系统的运行与实施要点包括三个方面:一是“责任落实”和“步步确认”;二是“考核到人”与“奖罚到人”;三是形成“点环源管控”系统的考核体系。“点环源管控”系统作为一种管理模式包括制度化固化与文化提升两个阶段,未来漳村煤矿“点环源管控”系统提升的可能方向是:从线到点明确责任主体、建立“四化”基础和形成点环的系统。
Abstract:
The main points of operation and implementation of the control system of point-ring source in Zhangcun coal mine include three aspects: First, the responsibility implementation and step-by-step confirmation; Second, the examination of human beings and the reward and punishment of human beings; Third, the formation of the examination system of the control system of point-ring source. As a management mode, control system of point-ring source includes two stages: institutional solidification and cultural promotion. In the future, the possible direction of improving control system of point-ring source in Zhangcun coal mine is to make clear the main body of responsibility from line to point, to establish the base of loop and the system of forming loop.
