贵州推进国土空间规划“多规合一”的问题与对策研究
Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Promoting the “Multi-Regulation” of Land Planning in Guizhou
摘要:
贵州作为国家空间规划“多规合一”的试点省份，在实施“多规合一”的过程中，存在诸多问题。本文在深入分析问题的基础上，围绕强化空间规划基础作用、完善数据库、创新规划体系、搭建智慧平台、加强业务培训等方面提出相关建议。
Abstract:
As a pilot province for “multi-regulation” of national spatial planning, Guizhou has many problems in accelerating the implementation of “multi-regulation”. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the problem, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on strengthening the basic role of spatial planning, improving the database, innovating the planning system, building a smart platform, and strengthening business training.
