摘要: 当前，我国的新农村建设正处于一个至关重要的时期，新农村建设在近些年取得了许多突破性的成就，但仍然在许多方面存在问题，阻碍发展进程。本课题旨在发现我国新农村建设中存在的问题，并对问题进行整合，提出建设性意见。在对多方面资料进行整合时，发现新农村建设中存在的大部分问题都可用现代化建设中IT治理的思想加以解决，所以对问题解决办法的研究也将从IT治理的角度出发，这样提出解决方案才可以更高效的解决问题，为我国的新农村建设添一份力，更好的进行社会主义新农村建设。

Abstract: At present, China’s new rural construction is in a crucial period. In recent years, new rural con-struction has made many breakthrough achievements, but there are still many problems hinder-ing the development process. The purpose of this project is to find out the problems in the con-struction of new rural areas in China, integrate the problems and put forward constructive sug-gestions. In the integration of various materials, it is found that most of the problems existing in the new rural construction can be solved by the thought of IT Governance in the modernization construction, so the research on the problem-solving methods will also start from the perspective of IT governance, so that the solution can be more efficient to solve the problem, add a force for the new rural construction of our country, and the new socialist construction rural construction will be better carried out.
