浅谈将创新创业教育融入高校人才培养过程

摘要: 随着国家经济的飞速发展,社会对于高素质创新创业人才的需求日益强烈。而高校作为人才的输出口,培养学生的创新创业意识尤为重要。2015年5月,国务院办公厅发布了《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》,意见中明确提出把深化高校创新创业教育改革作为推进高等教育综合改革的突破口,树立先进的创新创业教育理念,努力培养大众创业、万众创新的生力军。教育改革迫在眉睫,将创新创业教育融入日常的课堂教学中成为了高校教育模式改革至关重要的一步。但创新创业教育不只是简单鼓励学生自己去创业,同传统的高校教育理念相比,创新创业教育模式是以引导为主,以引导学生进行自主创业为最终目标,培养学生的创新创业精神,激发学生的创新创业意识,全面提高学生的创新创业综合能力和创新创业领导能力为目标的社会导向型多元化人才教育。
Abstract: With the rapid development of the national economy, the demand for high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents is growing. As the output of talents, major universities have become more important to cultivate students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship. In May 2015, the General Office of the State Council issued the “Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities”. The opinions clearly stated deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities as a breakthrough to promote comprehensive reform of higher education, and establishing advanced innovation and entrepreneurship education. The concept is to cultivate a new force for mass entrepreneurship and innovation. Education reform is imminent and integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into daily classroom teaching has become a crucial step in the reform of college education model. However, innovation and entrepreneurship education is not just to encourage students to start their own businesses. It is the same as traditional college education. The innovation and entrepreneurship education model is based on the guidance and socially oriented diversified talent education with the goal of guiding students to start their own business as the ultimate goal, cultivating students’ innovative entrepreneurship, stimulating the spirit of inno-vation and entrepreneurship, and comprehensively improving students’ comprehensive ability of innovation and entrepreneurship and innovation and entrepreneurial leadership.
