浅析仲景应用大黄–桃仁药对依据

A Brief Analysis of the Basis for Zhongjing’s Application of Rhubarb-Peach Kernel Medicine

摘要: 仲景经典《伤寒论》及《金匮要略》中，对瘀血证的方证有详细论述，为后世医家诊疗瘀血证提供了重要依据。本文对《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中所涉及的大黄–桃仁药对的典型条文进行系统归纳，浅析仲景运用承气汤类方治疗瘀血证的用药规律，探讨大黄–桃仁药对在现代医学中运用的指导意义，为研究仲景在瘀血证治疗中，体现“给病邪以出路”的思想提供思路。

Abstract: In the Zhongjing classics Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, the prescription of blood stasis is discussed in detail. It provides an important basis for the diagnosis and treatment of blood stasis. This paper systematically summarizes the typical provisions of rhubarb-peach kernel medicine, to study Zhongjing in the treatment of blood stasis, embody the idea of “providing a wayout for pathogenic factors”.
