EIA Management and Application of City Oil and Gas Pipe Network Construction in Thailand

摘要: 泰国国家环境局对城市油气管网工程EIA (项目环境影响评价)管理要求严格，严格的指标要求严重影响项目的成本和进度。实践证明，通过执行各种有效的管理措施，在满足EIA管理要求的前提下可有效加快项目进度并降低成本。

Abstract: Thailand national environment bureau has strict requirements for EIA of city oil and gas pipe network. The strict index requirements severely affected the cost and progress of the project. Practice indicates that all the effective management measures are taken for effectively expediting the progress and reducing the cost of project under the premise of meeting the requirement of EIA management.
