摘要: 对承插焊缝缺陷的成因进行了分析,并采取有效的控制措施使焊接合格率大幅提升。通过对合金钢承插焊缝的质量分析发现,在焊接承插第1道焊缝时选择合适的线能量,保证足够的熔深,严格控制层间温度,可以得到优质的焊缝。
Abstract: Through analyzing the causes of socket welding defect and then by taking effective preventive measures, the pass rate massively increased accordingly. Through the analysis of alloy socket welding seam, it is found out that the appropriate line energy is chosen to ensure enough penetration for the first seam of welding socket, and strictly control the temperature between the layers to ensure high quality welds seam.
