浅谈污损土地修复的几点认识

Reflections on the Reconstruction of Contaminated and Destructed Land

摘要: 随着社会经济、城镇化的飞速发展，污损土地问题日益严峻，严重威胁土地质量和人类的生命安全。本文对污损土地的概念、来源及危害、我国污损土地现状、相关法律法规和科研导向、污损土地修复的市场潜力等方面进行了阐述，并着重对目前污损土地修复存在的问题进行了分析并提出建议。

Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization, the problem of contaminated and destructed land is becoming more and more serious. Land quality and human life safety were seriously threatened. The concept, sources and hazards, and the present situation of contaminated and destructed land in China, relevant laws and regulations and scientific research orientation, and the market potential of contaminated land restoration were expounded. In order to do a little bit for the development of China’s polluted land restoration business, the existed problems in the restoration of contaminated and destructed land were analyzed and meanwhile, some suggestions were put forward.
