摘要: 物资采购在国际油气管道EPC (engineering procurement construction)工程项目管理中占重要地位，物资质量对项目的进度和成本产生重要影响，通过分析国际油气管道工程项目物资质量问题产生的主要原因，针对采办管理各个环节的质量控制提出建议。

Abstract: Material procurement played an important role in the management of international EPC projects, and material quality had a major impact on the progress and cost of the project. This paper analyzes the main reasons for the material quality problems of international engineering projects, the quality control measures are put forward from all aspects of the procurement management.
