油气管道站场装配式基墩制作及安装质量控制措施研究

Quality Control Measures for Pre-fabricated Foundation Fabrication and Installation in Oil and Gas Pipeline Station

摘要: 当前，随着建筑行业的发展，装配式基墩得到越来越多的应用，但是装配式基墩和传统的现浇混凝土基墩在施工方法上存在较大差异，传统的制作及安装质量控制和预防措施不能完全满足装配式施工要求。从实际出发，探讨油气管道站场装配式基墩现场安装发生的质量问题、解决问题的措施，从根本上提高装配式基墩的制作及安装质量，保证施工质量。

Abstract: With the development of building trades, more and more pre-fabricated foundations have been used, but there are big differences between pre-fabricated and cast-in-place foundations and traditional quality control and prevention measures cannot fully meet pre-fabricated construction requirement. This article discusses the quality issues and resolve measures during the pre-fabricated foundations fabrication and install practically, it improves the pre-fabricated foundations fabrication and installs quality radically to meet project quality targets.
