Abstract: In order to fully understand the current situation and completion time of the project, it was very important to prepare an accurate progress report. It is therefore important that Person in charge of design, procurement and construction and other responsible parties should be provided regularly updated and as the present progress of project should be truthfully evaluated. In this paper the methods for construction progress measurement emphatically discussed for EPC (engineering procurement construction) of oil and gas pipeline projects.
