摘要: 通过对境外国家(地区)公司财务共享中心建设的背景分析，从实践角度阐述了建设该中心的目的、意义及做法，以达到境外国家(地区)公司降本增效、业务及决策支持、人才培养等方面的目的。
Abstract: This article described the purpose, meaning and practice of establishing a corporate financial shared center in overseas regions through the background analysis of the construction of corporate financial shared center in order to achieve the purpose of cost-saving and profit-increasing, business and decision supporting, talent development, etc.
