基于中医辨证论治理论治疗玫瑰痤疮1例
One Case of Rose Acne Treatment Based on the Theory of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 玫瑰痤疮是一种临床上常见的慢性炎症性面部损容性皮肤病，结合其病程长、不易治愈的特点，加之常伴发如高血压等严重并发症，无论从心理压力或经济压力均严重影响着患者的日常生活。现代医学对发病机制尚不完全明确，治疗效果不满意。中医药在治疗玫瑰痤疮上历史悠久，疗效肯定，笔者通过临床典型案例，从中医辨证论治角度，分享中医药治疗玫瑰痤疮的辩证及用药，以期为读者提供参考。
Abstract: Rose acne is a clinically common chronic inflammatory facial lesion skin disease, combined with its long course of disease, difficult to cure, and often accompanied by serious complications such as high blood pressure, regardless of psychological stress or economic pressure, it affects the daily life of the patient. The pathogenesis of modern medicine is not completely clear, and the treatment effect is not satisfactory. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of rose acne, and its curative effect is affirmative. The author shares the dialectic and medication of Chinese medicine for the treatment of rose acne through the clinical typical case, from the perspective of dialectical treatment of Chinese medicine, in order to provide readers with reference.
