校企合作走向深化关键问题的探讨

Grasp the Key Issues in Deepening School-Enterprise Cooperation

摘要: 针对在校企合作过程中出现的问题，本文从合作目的、合作关键、合作运行模式以及合作保障四个角度对如何使校企合作走向深化的问题进行了研究。认为只有在充分考虑了高职院校、合作企业以及学生三方利益的前提下，建立可行的校企合作运行模式和完善的保障机制，成立校企利益共同体，通过合作使校企生三方利益完美体现，校企合作才能最终取得成功并走向深化。

Abstract: Aiming at finding a solution to the problems in the process of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper had studied the issue of how to deepen the cooperation between school and enterprise in four aspects: the purpose of cooperation, the pivotal issues of cooperation, the model of cooperation and the support on cooperation. In this paper, the author had discussed that only under the auspices of overall consideration of the interests of the higher vocational colleges, relevant enterprises and the students, we can establish a feasible operational model of school-enterprise cooperation and supporting mechanism to ensure the interest community from which colleges, companies and student can fairly benefit, so as to achieve the success in, and deepen the cooperation.
