家庭亲密度、学校适应与心理健康的关系研究

Research on the Relationship among Family Intimacy, School Adaptation and Mental Health

摘要: 目的：探究家庭亲密度与学校适应性对初中生的心理健康状况的影响。方法：采用《家庭亲密度与适应性量表》、《学校适应性量表》和《中学生心理健康量表》，对439名初中生进行调查。结果：(1) 实际家庭亲密度与学校适应性呈显著正相关(r = 0.28，p < 0.01)，与心理健康呈现显著负相关(r = −0.15，p < 0.01)；学校适应性与心理健康呈现显著负相关(r = −0.14，p < 0.01)。(2) 学校适应性在实际家庭亲密度与心理健康之间起中介作用。结论：初中生的家庭亲密度、学校适应性与心理健康间存在线性相关关系，且家庭亲密度与心理健康的预测效度是通过学校适应中介变量实现的。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the influence of family intimacy and school adaptability on the mental health of junior high school students. Methods: 439 junior high school students were investigated with Family Intimacy and Adaptability Scale, School Adaptability Scale and Middle School Students Mental Health Scale. Results: (1) There was a significantly positive correlation between actual family intimacy and school adaptability (r = 0.28, p < 0.01), and a significantly negative correlation with mental health (r = −0.15, p < 0.01); School adaptability is significantly negatively correlated with mental health (r = −0.14, p < 0.01). Conclusion: There is a linear correlation between family closeness, school adaptability and mental health of junior high school students, and the predictive validity of family closeness and mental health is realized through the intermediary variables of school adaptability.
