交通运输工程招投标监管服务系统短信智能通知辅助自动抽取设计及实现
Design and Implementation of SMS Automatic Notification Assisted Automatic Extraction for Transportation Project Bidding Supervision Service System
摘要: 目前,在国内参与交通运输工程(公路、水运)招投标工作的在库专家人数众多,当前执行招投标工作所采用的线下人工通知的途径,需要投入不少人力、物力参与专家抽取工作,存在效率低下、通知方式落后等问题。同时,由于专家的个人信息提前获知,也存在专家信息泄漏的隐患,因此需要在专家库中增加自动抽取与通知的模块,替代人工通知方式,提高工作效率,提升工作质量。本文主要针对专家抽取时的短信智能通知辅助自动抽取的需求,对此功能进行设计与实现。
Abstract:
At present, there are a large number of experts in the warehouse who are involved in the bidding and tendering of transportation engineering (highway, water transportation) in China. Currently, the offline manual notification approach used in the bidding and bidding requires a lot of human and material resources to participate in the expert extraction work. There are problems such as low efficiency and backward notification methods. At the same time, since the personal information of the experts is known in advance, there is also a hidden danger of leakage of expert information. Therefore, an automatic extraction and notification module need to be added to the expert database to replace the manual notification method to improve work efficiency and quality. This article mainly designs and implements the function of the intelligent notification assisted automatic extraction during the extraction of experts.
