针刺四缝穴治疗小儿疳积的原理研究及临床体会

The Principle of Sìfèng (Sìfèng EX-UE 10) Acupuncture in the Treatment of Infantile Malnutrition Product Research and Clinical Experience

摘要: 小儿疳积，自古以来就是儿科四大要证(麻、痘、惊、疳)之一。古代人们生活水平普遍低下，对小儿喂养不足致其营养不良，脾胃亏虚而生疳积。相反现代人生活水平不断提高，对小儿错误喂养，使脾胃超过负荷、营养过剩而致损伤，导致疳积的产生。同时由于小儿服药困难，针刺四缝穴则为临床治疗小儿疳积的常用方法，简效便廉，临床疗效满意。研究表明，临床上采用点刺四缝穴的疗效优于非点刺四缝穴的其他疗法。故此通过收集、分析古代以及近现代文献，总结作用机理、分享操作心得，为临床操作提供参考。方法：以“针刺四缝穴、小儿疳积、原理、疗效”等为关键词检索数据库，收集符合检索要求的文献，从中梳理小儿疳积的历史沿革、病因病机，对比总结治疗原理；阅读电子版古代文献，总结其中所记载的相关病因病机及针刺四缝穴的操作方法；结合临床操作经验提出临床体会。

Abstract: Infantile malnutrition product, since ancient times, belongs to one of the four pediatric cards (hemp, acne, surprised, malnutrition). In ancient times, people’s living standard was generally low, which caused malnutrition, deficiency of spleen and stomach and malnutrition. On the contrary, the living standard of modern people continues to improve, wrong feeding of children, spleen and stomach overload, and excess nutrition and damage lead to the birth of malnutrition . At the same time, due to the difficulty of taking medicine for children, acupuncture of the Sìfèng is a common method for clinical treatment of infantile malnutrition. Research shows that the curative effect in clinical which using Sìfèng acupuncture is better than other treatments which don’t prick Sìfèng . Therefore, through collecting and analyzing the ancient and modern literature, summarizing the mechanism, sharing the experience of operation, it can provide the reference for the clinical operation. Methods: Firstly, utilize “Acupuncture; Sìfèng point; Infantile malnutrition; Principle” as keywords to retrieval database, then collect the literature which conforms to the retrieval requirements, for organizing the historical evolution and the etiology and pathogenesis of infantile malnutrition, utilize the literature for contrasting and summarizing the principle of treatment. Secondly, read the electronic ancient literature to summarize the etiology and pathogenesis as well as operation methods from the literature. Combined with the experience of clinical operation, the clinical experience is put forward.
