幽门螺杆菌毒力蛋白分型与胃粘膜病变关系研究进展

摘要: 幽门螺杆菌(HP)是Warren和Marahall从胃窦部活检组织中分离培养的革兰阴性杆菌。近几年的研究显示HP的分型与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌和胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤这些疾病的胃黏膜病变密切相关,在内镜下评估胃粘膜萎缩及病变,越来越多的研究显示HP毒力蛋白分型与胃肠道疾病以及胃肠道外的疾病的精准治疗密切相关。
Abstract: Helicobacter pylori(HP) is a gram-negative bacillus isolated from gastric antrum biopsy tissues by Warren and Marahall. Recent studies have shown that HP classification is associated with chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric cancer and gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma. Gastric mucosal atrophy and lesions are assessed under endoscopy. In recent years, more and more studies have shown the correlation of HP virulence protein classification detection factor.
